If this was bought from a Shop with a Shop Front as apposed to a Internet Shop they may have the drivers on their Web Site or it may be that your OS doesnt support this Device. If there are no drivers included they should be part of the OS and the OS should just recognize and load whatever is necessary when you plug in the Web Cam. I know some of the bigger stores here buy in their Own Brands of Electronics and their Web Site has Drivers even if they do not list the actual maker. Internet Shops should have the same thing available on their Web Sites as well but for places like E-Bay Im not sure what you can do there. Only thing there is that youll have to reapply any Service Packs and Hot Fixes that have been made available since your Install Disc was made. Also if this computer is part of a Domain it is possible that there are Group Policies in Place to limit the USB Devices that can be connected or something like that. Col.
